1. Use of Services
Anvixa provides AI-powered browser automation services that help users automate tasks across websites and business platforms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You are responsible for the instructions, workflows, credentials, permissions, and data you provide to the Services and for ensuring that you are authorized to access the systems and information used by your Agents.
2. AI Agents & Automated Actions
Agents perform tasks based on the instructions and configurations provided by you. AI-generated outputs and automated actions may not always be accurate or successful.
You are responsible for reviewing Agent configurations and validating important actions, results, or business decisions before relying on them.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Anvixa may interact with third-party platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho CRM, and other websites.
Your use of these platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies. Anvixa is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
4. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to Anvixa.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the data processed through the Services may lawfully be used for your intended purpose.
5. Security & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, and access information secure and for notifying Anvixa of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Services to:
- Perform unlawful or unauthorized activities
- Access systems or data without permission
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Infringe the rights of others
- Introduce malicious or harmful code
- Misuse or interfere with the Services
7. Intellectual Property
Anvixa retains all rights to its software, browser extension, technology, branding, pre-built Agents, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. Anvixa does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party platform, or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvixa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
9. Suspension or Termination
Anvixa may suspend or terminate access where the Services are misused, these Terms are violated, or continued access presents a security or operational risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction under Indian law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Anvixa may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
