Scoped around your workflows, not a subscription tier
Every enterprise runs its systems differently. Pricing is scoped around your workflows, modules and automation requirements rather than fixed plans.
From a single task to a full enterprise rollout
Pilot workflow
Teams validating agent automation on one workflow before expanding.
- Single workflow integration
- Standard data field mapping
- Up to 2 system connections
- Business-hours support
Multi-process
Operations combining several automated processes.
- Scoped by selected processes
- Automated writeback validation
- Anomaly detection
- Phased implementation support
Departmental
Teams automating an entire department such as procurement or finance.
- Cross-module data flow
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Custom verification screens
- Weekly demos
Enterprise
Organisations needing isolated environments and legacy integration.
- Unlimited system connections
- Isolated cloud environment
- Legacy database integration
- SLA-backed support
What is in every project
Complete engineering allocation. We deliver production-ready, security-hardened business layers, never a proof of concept left to harden later.
AI development
Custom model pipelines, agent orchestration, domain-specific prompt design and persistent retrieval memory.
System integration
Deep API integration with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Odoo and custom SQL backends.
Security architecture
Multi-tenant isolation, role-based authorisation and private deployment gateways.
Training & enablement
On-site and remote workshops, workspace walkthroughs and custom reference material.
Documentation
Connection diagrams, endpoint specifications, validation rules and full flow documents.
Testing & QA
Sandbox staging, stress validation, exception simulation and user acceptance verification.
Phased go-live
Incremental rollout with writeback success monitoring before full cutover.
Hypercare & support
SLA-backed maintenance, performance reviews, model tuning and rapid error response.
Eight variables set the scope
Unlike a static SaaS platform, implementation effort depends on the shape of your environment. These are the factors we size against during discovery, and the reason a fixed price list would be misleading.
- Number and complexity of workflows in scope
- Environment and version: SAP HANA, MSSQL, NetSuite and others
- Modules required, such as purchase orders, warehousing or accounts payable
- Volume and variability of the documents being parsed
- Number of system connection pipelines to be bridged
- Depth of exception handling and edge-case coverage
- Compliance, audit and data residency requirements
- Level of ongoing support, monitoring and optimisation
Fixed scope or ongoing retainer
| Fixed scope | Ongoing retainer | |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | A predefined set of deliverables mapped out in the contract. | Adaptive development cycles working through an ongoing backlog. |
| Duration | Fixed duration, typically 4–12 weeks based on workflow size. | Ongoing roadmap delivered across multi-sprint releases. |
| Commercials | Flat milestone payments mapped to agreed integration approvals. | Recurring sprint budgets or a long-term retainer. |
| Best for | Data sync tasks with explicit validation rules and clear requirements. | Comprehensive ledger automation, custom interfaces and legacy syncs. |

Timelines, structure and what happens after go-live
How long does implementation take?
A single workflow automation generally takes 3–4 weeks. A complete platform implementation takes approximately 16 weeks, including process mapping, system integration, prompt engineering and sandbox safety testing.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is scoped per engagement rather than sold as a subscription tier. It is built from:
- Your environment: SAP HANA, MSSQL, NetSuite and similar
- The modules required, such as purchase orders, warehouses or accounts payable
- The complexity of your workflows and exception conditions
A discovery session produces a clear technical roadmap and flat-rate milestones before any commitment.
What happens after go-live?
Every engagement includes 30 days of hypercare support covering:
- Bug fixes and query optimisation
- User assistance and onboarding support
- Active writeback and performance monitoring
- Continuous security updates
- Minor workflow enhancements and model tuning
Is there an ongoing maintenance option?
Yes. An optional annual maintenance contract covers monthly health checks, feature updates and patches, a priority support SLA and quarterly optimisation reviews.
Who owns the agents you build?
The workflows, prompts and integration code built for your environment are delivered to you as part of the engagement, along with the connection diagrams, endpoint specifications and validation rules needed to operate them.
