Cancellation will stop future billing where applicable but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.

2. Refund Eligibility

Fees for services that have already been delivered, consumed, or used may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

For enterprise, pilot, or customized engagements, refund and cancellation terms may be governed by the applicable agreement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. Trials

Where a free trial or evaluation period is offered, no refund will be due for the trial period unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any conversion from a trial to a paid service will be governed by the applicable subscription or purchase terms.
