How it works
How is this different from traditional RPA?
Traditional RPA records clicks and replays them against fixed screen coordinates, so any interface change breaks the script and needs a developer. ANVIXA.ai agents read intent from plain-language steps and adapt to what is actually on the page, and where an API exists they use it rather than driving the UI at all.
Do we need developers to run it?
No. Business users write the steps in plain English and run them. That is the point of the design: the people who own the process own the automation, without an IT queue between them and a change.
Which systems does it work with?
Any URL-based platform. SAP, Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho CRM and n8n have dedicated support, and custom portals, government sites and vendor applications work the same way because the agent operates on the page rather than through a fixed connector.
Where does our data go?
It stays in the browser session. Agents run locally, your model API keys are stored locally and never shared, and there is no ANVIXA.ai server in the processing path.
How quickly can we see it working?
Installation takes under a minute, connecting a model takes a few more, and a first automation can be running the same day. Full enterprise implementations are scoped separately and typically run to a 16-week delivery.
Pricing, timelines and support
How long does implementation take?
A single workflow automation generally takes 3–4 weeks. A complete platform implementation takes approximately 16 weeks, including process mapping, system integration, prompt engineering and sandbox safety testing.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is scoped per engagement rather than sold as a subscription tier. It is built from:
- Your environment: SAP HANA, MSSQL, NetSuite and similar
- The modules required, such as purchase orders, warehouses or accounts payable
- The complexity of your workflows and exception conditions
A discovery session produces a clear technical roadmap and flat-rate milestones before any commitment.
What happens after go-live?
Every engagement includes 30 days of hypercare support covering:
- Bug fixes and query optimisation
- User assistance and onboarding support
- Active writeback and performance monitoring
- Continuous security updates
- Minor workflow enhancements and model tuning
Is there an ongoing maintenance option?
Yes. An optional annual maintenance contract covers monthly health checks, feature updates and patches, a priority support SLA and quarterly optimisation reviews.
Who owns the agents you build?
The workflows, prompts and integration code built for your environment are delivered to you as part of the engagement, along with the connection diagrams, endpoint specifications and validation rules needed to operate them.

How long does a typical demo session last?
Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. We tailor the content to your industry and use case so you see the scenarios most relevant to your operations.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No preparation is necessary. A brief outline of your current setup and key pain points helps us tune the session, but it is not required.
